Ensure
all of our guests enjoy a rejuvenating atmosphere and the best
spa experience by following the guidelines below:
Booking Appointments
Credit Cards are not required to book your reservation.
However we reserve the right to ask for a Credit Card if you
have missed multiple appointments without a 24 hour notice.
We may also ask for a Credit Card when booking a group or large
amount of services. Our staff's livelihood depends on service
reservations. If a large reservation is missed without notice
it adversely affects our staff’s financial well-being.
Checking
In
Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your
spa appointment to allow adequate time to fill out our questionnaire
and other health forms. This also gives you time to change
and unwind before your treatment. We strive to keep appointments
on schedule so if you arrive late and the room or spa specialist
is committed after your session, your appointment may have
to be shortened or rescheduled.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment please
be considerate of other guests and our spa staff. We require
at least 24 hour notice when canceling a single service and
a 48 hour notice for multiple service appointments and packages.
Our software tracks cancellations that are made without 24
hour notice. Any guest that has multiple cancelations without
24 hour notice will be placed on a guarantee required status.
Guests place on this status are required to guarantee their
future appointments with a credit card or gift certificate.
A 50% fee will be charged to the required credit card or gift
certificate when 24 hour notice is not given. The financial
well-being of our staff depends on available appointments being
reserved. When appointments are not cancelled other guests
may not be able to take advantage of our services and the service
provider is less profitable. We appreciate your thoughtfulness
and cooperation.
Cell
Phones
Please turn off or silence all cell phones when
entering the spa area. Cell phone usage is not permitted in
any of the spa areas. We want to maintain a relaxing and rejuvenating
environment for all spa guests. If you must use your phone
please do so in the retail area only and keep conversations
as quiet and brief as possible.
Children
For the consideration of all our guests, children
are not allowed in the spa area unless receiving a service
and we ask that no children are left unattended in the salon
area. You must have an adult not receiving a service present
to care for the child’s needs. We have a convenient drop
off day care located in the Gala Shopping Center across from
our location. Children can enjoy a safe and fun environment
while you focus on beauty and wellness at Fire Salon and Spa.
